How we conduct Investment Monitoring

Why are you in the investment business? If you or your staff are involved in your plan's Investment Monitoring you are essentially in the investment business. This holds true if you have a formal or informal Investment Committee or if you are being supported by a financial adviser. You are taking on unnecessary Fiduciary Liability for the oversight of your plan's investment menu.

Why not get out of the investment business and protect your company and staff? The Select Retirement Plans provide two levels of Investment Fiduciary services for you and your staff.

3(38) Investment Fiduciary Services provided by Leafhouse Financial's investment monitoring department staffed with a team of CFAs (Certified Financial Analysts) who absolve you from all responsibility and liability related to the investments in your plan. This includes the creation of your plan's investment policy statement and oversight of the fund selection and deselection on a quarterly basis.

3(21) Investment Fiduciary Services offered by your plan adviser provides co-fiduciary services and helps select the proposed investment categories offered in the plan and communicates and interprets the investment related information to your staff and employees.

This double level of Investment Fiduciary Protection helps manage the risk that you or your organization could ever find yourselves a defendant in an ERISA related lawsuit concerning the suitability of investments or the process used for their monitoring.

Is it really worth the risk continuing to do this yourself? Let us help you get out of the investment business!
